Pleasant Hill Construction, Inc. specializes in fire, storm and water restoration. It is a young company co-owned and operated by Jeremy Busch and Matt Rhoads. 

Jeremy Busch, a 2005 graduate from NIU, brings 5 years of fire, storm and water restoration and mitigation to Pleasant Hill Construction, Inc. Since 2008, he has worked for a major restoration company in Chicago. He is experienced and skilled in estimating within the insurance industry, communication with homeowners, working with sub-contractors and project supervision. After graduating in 2005, Jeremy worked as project manager for a large builder in Atlanta, Georgia. 

Matt Rhoads, a 2000 Purdue graduate, has 12 years of construction and business experience. His company, Pleasant Hill Homes, a custom homebuilder, has been in operation since 2001. He was co-owner of Gulf Coast Site Prep from 2007 until moving to Illinois in June 2013. Gulf Coast Site Prep, Inc. is a land clearing and site development company. In addition, until moving to Illinois, he was sub-contracted as a project manager for Cole Construction and Development in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.  These entities required managing 12-15 million dollars per year in construction projects.
